Ollie Mac- 1 year

I ended 2022 with this sweet family and we had SO MUCH FUN! Oliver turned into a big boy 1 year old and we celebrated him by baking warm chocolate chip cookies, playing, and just being super silly. I always have the best time with these guys, and I can’t believe how fast these littles are growing up! Happy Birthday Oliver!

Ben’s Senior Photos

I love taking my Seniors to the West Bottoms in Kansas City! So many different grungy urban looks, and it always makes for a great session. The weather for Ben’s shoot was perfect! We brought along my nephew Sam, who is Ben’s best friend, and he ate snow cones and kept both Ben and I laughing the whole time. It was so much fun walking around downtown with the guys. Congratulations on your upcoming graduation Ben!

Elle Caroline

Just a few short weeks ago I went to go see Milo again, and this time he had someone to introduce me to. He is officially a big brother, and his baby sister Elle is simply the sweetest! She is such a calm and happy baby girl, and the way Milo looks at her is enough to make your heart melt. Absolutely adorable! Congratulations Caldwell family and welcome to the world Elle. I can’t wait to come see you again soon!

Barnes Family 2022

I have just recently met this sweet family who just so happen to be neighbors of mine. We went across the street to another neighbor’s house whose trees had the most beautiful warm colors, and I am just in love with this fall sun-soaked session! So excited to finish up these images and to start getting our girls together to play!

Conkling Family 2022

I got to spend this past weekend with some of my favorite people! We laughed, played in the leaves, found an overgrown teepee straight from a fairytale, and just soaked up everything fall. I am absolutely blessed to have met this family, and that our kiddos are such good friends also. This was so much fun, and I can’t wait until our next playdate!

Drew + Crystal = Married

Drew and Crystal’s Wedding Day was absolutely perfect! The bride was stunning, the groom charming, and the entire day was so elegant and full of joy. You could feel the love between them as we walked the city going to all the places that meant the most to them. We revisited a park they would take walks in, and even the bench where Drew proposed. Drew and Crystal were destined to be together, and I am honored that I was chosen to help tell their story by photographing the day. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Truskey! I wish you a life full of love and happiness!

Sam’s Senior Photos

I have known this guy since he was 2!! The fact that he is a senior this year absolutely BLOWS MY MIND! We had a blast wandering around Kansas City finding all the best photo locations, and then chowing down on Taco Bell after. Sam you are such a smart and talented young man, and I cannot wait to see where life takes you! Happy Senior Year!

Caldwell Baby #2!

We headed out early last weekend to play in the flowers, and this has to be one of my favorite sessions yet! We laughed, we played hide-and-seek, we found butterflies, turtles, and ducks, and just had so much fun. The light was beautiful, there were sooo many wildflowers, this family is seriously the cutest, and I cannot wait to meet the little one on the way! Milo is just as excited if not more to be a big brother, and I am sure he will be the biggest little helper ever. We are all looking forward to meeting you soon little one!

Northland Equine Newbies

This past weekend I was asked to do something a little different than my usual. I was invited to go take photos of some new horses at the barn and it was SO MUCH FUN! These new boys arrived the day before Valentine’s Day and they are total sweethearts! I may have froze my tooshie off that day, but the horsey love was soooo worth it! So happy these guys have found good homes with their new owners, and hopefully I get to go visit again soon.

Ollie Mac

Look at this sweet face!!! I got to spend some time with one of my favorite families taking pictures of Ollie just after Christmas. He is such a cutie and so snuggly! I mean.. look at those cheeks! It would have been easy to stay and play all day. I can’t wait to see how he grows and take his pictures again in June. Welcome to the world Ollie!
